Official Minutes
I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Chairman Bartel called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
B. Present:
Chairman Lester A. Bartel, Jr.
Supervisor Tim Kaul
Supervisor Rogers
Town Clerk Wendy Weeks
Administrative Assistant Lila Schwan
Town Engineer Kevin Kimmes
ABSENT: Treasurer Jan Strachota, Supervisor Helms, Supervisor Grabow
II. ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTICE
Town Clerk Wendy Weeks assured the meeting that the Agenda was properly
noticed.
III. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. ACTION: Supervisor Rogers moved to dispense minutes until the regular
Board of Supervisor’s meeting, October 11, 2006, seconded by Supervisor
Kaul. Motion carried 3-0.
V. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION: Supervisor Kaul moved to accept the agenda as presented,
seconded by Supervisor Rogers. Motion carried 3- 0.
VI. OLD BUSINESS
A. Fire Number Quotes
1. ACTION- Motion made by Supervisory Rogers to approve the
purchase of new fire number signs through Lange Company with
using wider numbers, seconded by Supervisor Kaul. Motion carried
3-0.
B. Review of Title 10, Chapters 1, 2, & 3 of the Town of Grafton Zoning Code.
1. Mr. Dave Barrow reviewed Title 10, Chapters 1 through 3.
2. Action - Next meeting set for October 18, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the
Town Hall.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
VIII. ADJOURN
A. ACTION- Supervisor Kaul moved to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor
Rogers. Motion carried unanimously.
