OPEN SPACE COMMISSION MEETING
October 25, 2010
I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Chairperson Tomter called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

1. There was no quorum, therefore this meeting was informational only, no action was taken.
III. OLD BUSINESS
A. Multi-Use Trail Updates
1. Staff was directed by Chairman Bartel to pursue the easement on the Drawing Dead LLC parcel.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Newsletter Article to provide to residents with tax bill
1. Scientist Lennie explained that the final version must be submitted to the Clerk by November 15th in order to be included in the tax bill mailing.
2. The goal is to update residents, request donations, financial contributions or easements.
B. Multi-Use Trail Grand Opening Ideas and set date
1. No action taken
