I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Chairman Kaul called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
B. Present:
Supervisor Tim Kaul
Supervisor Nancy Rogers
Supervisor Paul Helms
Supervisor Tom Grabow
Town Clerk Wendy Weeks
Mr. David W. Barrow III
Absent: Chairman Lester A. Bartel, Jr.
II. ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTICE
Town Clerk Wendy Weeks assured the meeting that the Agenda was
properly noticed.
III. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES `
A. None
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Review of Title 10, Chapters 2 of the Town of Grafton Zoning
Code.
1. Mr. Dave Barrow reviewed Title 10, Chapter 2.11 through Title
10, Chapter 2.16. Engineering will be requested to review
Chapter 2.
2. Action - Next meeting set for November 13, 2006 at 7:00 PM
at the Town Hall.
VI. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
VII. ADJOURN
A. ACTION-Supervisor Helms moved to adjourn, seconded by
Supervisor Kaul. Motion carried unanimously.
