ABSENT:
I. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried unanimously
II. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. Minutes from previous meeting
1. ACTION – Commissioner Ansay moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Stockwell. Motion carried
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS -
A. None
IV. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
A. None
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Renewal of Conditional Use Permit 03-10 (new permit # 08- 07)-Voicestream PCS II Corp. Dba T-Mobile USA- Installation of a cellular antenna, accessories and dish on existing WE energies property
1. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to renew the permit for 5 years, seconded by Commissioner Stockwell. Motion carried unanimously
B. Renewal of Conditional Use Permit 03-13 (new permit # 08-08)-Don & Roseanne Korinek-to operate a horse arena
1. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to renew the permit for 5 years, seconded by Commissioner Stephens. Motion carried unanimously
VI. ADVISORY DISCUSSIONS
A. Brian Behrens-conceptual site plan for office building and mini warehousing on CTH V
1. Commissioner Ansay asked for verification that the property directly adjacent to the west of this lot has access. It is determined that the lot is an existing residential lot that does have separate access.
2. The Commission has no objections to this conceptual plan. A Conditional Use Permit would be required for this development.
VII. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
1. Building Inspector Felllenz informed the Commission that a detention pond was filled in on the Quality Landscaping site. The developer will need to perform a wetland deliniation is working with the DNR and the County to resolve these issues. The addition will not start until next year.
VIII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
A. Chairman Bartel stated that Marko Musich’s new facility is a wonderful addition to the Town.
B. Chairman Bartel Commended the Election workers on a job well done.
IX. ADJOURN
1. ACTION – Commissioner Ansay moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Sperber. Motion carrie
