HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING ON NOVEMBER
1, 2006, AT 7:00 PM AT THE TOWN HALL, 1230 11TH AVENUE, GRAFTON, WI. AT THAT TIME OPPORTUNITY WILL
BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:
A. Wayne Denow Minor Land Division CSM 1897 Cedar Sauk Road Tax Key #05-001-05-
005.00, and
B. Laury Clark Minor Land Division CSM 997 Lakefield Road Tax Key #06-032-02-004.00, and
Rezoning by default from A-1, to A-2.
VII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Final Plat Application MLGRE 2002 LLC Mr. Brett Haney Discussion and possible action
concerning final plat approval and Storm Water Management Maintenance Agreement for
