OPEN SPACE COMMISSION MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. Action-Commissioner Graff moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Tomter. Motion carried 7-0.
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING
A. Action-Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the minutes from the February meeting, seconded by Commissioner Korinek. Motion carried 6-1 with Jon Rauser dissenting due to his absence last month.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Multi-Use Trail easement possibilities on the Karin Manley property
B. Ms. Manley would to keep the natural habitat and not cut down trees if the trail is located on her property.
C. Commissioner Korinek was not able to connect with the Kassel family to further discuss locating a portion of the Multi-use trail on their property.
D. Action –Commissioner Tomter moved to schedule the April 27, 2009 meeting to start at 6:00 pm to allow for an adjournment to walk the Karin Manley property and view the potential location of the multi-use trail, seconded by Commissioner Korinek. Motion carried 7-0.

VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
VIII. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. Scientist Lennie gave an update on the grant for canoe launch; the paperwork should be finalized in May.
B. The CSM application on the Witte property has been sent out for extraterritorial review.
IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
X. ADJOURN
A. Action-Commissioner Rauser moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Tomter. Motion carried.
