PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Wednesday, June 3, 2009
I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLERK’S ASSURANCE THAT MEETING WAS PROPERLY NOTICED
A. Action-Clerk Schmidt assured the meeting was properly noticed
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. Action- Commissioner Sperber moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. Minutes from prevoius meeting
B. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Stockwell. Motion carried 7-0
VI. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
A. No one wished to speak
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Temporary storage structures
B. Points of discussion included and will be further researched by staff:
1. Does the Town want to permit these structures?
2. Does the Town want to require a time limit?
3. What is the definition of a temporary storage structure?
4. What is the purpose of limiting/not limiting these structures?
C. Action-No action taken
VIII. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. The SWOT analysis for the CTH 32/V corridoor has been sent out
B. The Village of Grafton will perform the review for the Falls Road bypass lane to ensure it is constructed to the Town’s standards
IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
A. Commissioner Ansay would like the Town to give input on the design of the site plan for the Village of Grafton yard waste drop off site.
X. ADJOURN
A. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Ansay. Motion carried
