OPEN SPACE COMMISSION MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. Action –Commissioner Tomter moved to adopt the agenda, seconded by Chairman Rauser. Motion carried 6-0 (Commissioner Graff and Uihlein arrived at 7:05 pm)
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Commissioner Tomter stated that Ms. Manley is not able to provide an easement along her driveway at this time.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Select Date for public meeting for discussion of Multi-Use Trail
B. Commissioner Korinek will invite John Cassel to attend the June 29, 2009 to discuss obtaining a potential easement on his property. Clerk Schmidt will draft a letter to invite property owners along the Multi-use trail to the July 27, 2009 meeting
C. Scientist Lennie received a letter from the DNR asking for additional information that has been provided to them. We will find out where we stand soon.
D. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to release funding from the Open Space fund to secure the Witte property for the North Canoe Launch
E. Town Chairman Bartel is still in the negotiation process with Mr. Witte
F. No action taken

IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW-NONE

A. Action-Commissioner Graff moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Tomter. Motion carried 7-0
