PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Wednesday, July 7 , 2010
I. CALL TO ORDER

IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Stockwell moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Tutewohl. Motion carried 7-0
VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:
A. Mark Cassel-Minor Land Division-1100 Falls Rd-tax key # 06-020-12-005.00
1. Action-Chairman Bartel opened the public hearing at 7:10 PM
2. No one wished to speak
3. Action-Chairman Bartel closed the public hearing at 7:11 PM
4. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the land division subject to completion of punch list items and payment of all fees, seconded by Commissioner Heisler. Motion carried 7-0
VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
VIII. OLD BUSINESS
1. Sign Permit Renewals:
• Lakefield Holdings, LLC (Temporary) (The Bog)
• Paul Crandall Properties LLC (Permanent)
• Tim Kaul (Permanent)
• Campbell Auto Sport, Inc. (Permanent)
• Pioneer Log Homes Midwest (f/k/a Rustic Retreats) (Permanent)
• Paul Helms (Temporary)
• MLG (Permanent) Waterstone
• Redmond/Ansay (Blank’s Crossing) Permanent
• Quality Landscaping (now Lakefield Holdings, LLC) (Permanent)
• Carpets Galore (Permanent)
2. Action-Commissioner Stockwell moved to approve the permanent sign permits for a period of 5 years and the temporary signs for 1 year, seconded by Commissioner Heisler. Motion carried 7-0


IX. NEW BUSINESS
1. Site Plan-North Shore Equestrian-Indoor Riding Arena-tax Key # 06-029-12-001.00-1048 Lakefield Rd
2. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the site plan as presented, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 7-0
X. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
1. Lakeshore Rd project complete
2. Boat launch is nearing completion, restoration work and striping of the parking lot
3. HWY 32 public hearing is next month
4. Lakeshore Rd Center line is completed but not fog lines
5. Supervisor Grabow asked if there will be Signage at the non-motorized boat launch
6. Supervisor Schaefer has received several calls that residents have received notices that their mail box is not the proper height since road has been redone
XI. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
XII. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wolf moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 7-0
