I. CALL TO ORDER

III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wolf moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Sperber. Motion carried 7-0
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:
A. Us Cellular-Dick Rogers, agent-Conditional Use permit application for a Wireless Telecommunication Facility on the Tim & Susan/Fred & Arline Kaul property, 1669 Ulao Pkwy-tax key # 06-017-01-003.00
1. Action-Chairman Bartel opened the public hearing at 7:12 PM
2. Mr. Scott Orten asked what frequency the tower would be operating at and if it would interfere with the radio controlled helicopter club in the area.
3. Mr. Rogers stated that they will operate at frequencies that should not interfere with the club. This is closely regulated by the FCC.
4. Action-Chairman Bartel closed the public hearing at 7:13 PM
5. Action-Commissioner Ansay moved to approve the Conditional Use permit for 5-years as presented by staff, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 7-0
B. Matt McLaughlin-Conditional Use Permit for a Garage over 800 Square Feet-806 Lamplighter Ln-tax key # 06-072-0002.000
1. Action-Chairman Bartel opened the public hearing at 7:17 PM
2. Mr. Rubin Katz asked how many square feet the building will be; Building Inspector Fellenz stated that the structure will be 924 square feet.
3. Action-Chairman Bartel closed the public hearing at 7:19 PM
4. Mr. McLaughlin stated that this will not be a rental unit or apartment but more like a pool house.
5. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the Conditional Use Permit as recommended by staff and with the agreement that this is not able to be a rental unit, seconded by Commissioner Stockwell. Motion carried 7-0



VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
1. Commissioner Stockwell stated that the sign for Dr. Kwiatkowski is not what was approved as there is flashing messages on the display board. Town staff will contact Dr. Kwiatkowski.
2. Town resident asked if the Town receives income coming in from the HWY C park and ride; Chairman Bartel explained that this is a County park and ride and would have to be discussed with them.

XI. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. Planner Larry Witzling introduced Planner Stephanie Allewalt who will be filling in for Planner Schaefer while she is on maternity leave.
XII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
A. Chariman Bartel explained that the amounts of snowfall have been so large that the plowing may be coming later than residents are accustomed to; Chariman Bartel kindly asks residents to be patient with plow drivers.
XIII. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Ansay moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
