I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE TO FLAG
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the agenda, seconded by
Commissioner Tomter. Motion passed unanimously.
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. Correction – Under Old Business, Item A, Number 4, Bobby Shannon should read “Bobby
Schanen”.
B. ACTION – Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the minutes from the November
26, 2007 meeting with the spelling correction of Schanen, seconded by Commissioner
Korinek. Motion passed unanimously.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Review preferred trail alignment and establish resident contacts.
1. No action taken.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Village of Grafton & Town of Grafton CORP Coordination.
1. No action taken.
VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD.
A. None
VIII. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. Clerk
B. Town Scientist
1. ACTION – Commissioner Graff moved to recommend to the Board of Supervisors
authorization of Town staff to attend the Costal Management meeting in Madison,
WI on January 31, 2008, seconded by Commissioner Rauser. Motion passed
unanimously.
IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
1. None
X. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Tomter moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Boyer.
Motion passed unanimously.
