Minutes
I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Korinek moved to adopt the agenda, seconded by Chairman Rauser. Motion carried 6-0
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Graff. Motion carried 5-0, with Jon Rauser dissenting as he did not attend the January 5th meeting
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Update on landowner contacts regarding Multi-Use trail easements
B. Scientist Lennie distributed handouts depicting the Karin Manley property with potential trail locations and gave an update of the meeting with her.
C. Scientist Lennie informed the commission that additional landowner contacts will need to be made in this area.
VI. NEW BUSINESS-NONE
VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
A. Town Resident Leo Moorehead spoke in support of the trail ways and water systems in the area. He feels that residents need to be educated on the great resources in the area.
VIII. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. Clerk Schmidt presented a Thank You note to be signed by the Commission and to be sent to Beachgrass, LLC for the granting of the Multi-Use Trail easement on their property.
B. Scientist Lennie stated that Mr. Witte signed a letter of intent for the North canoe launch on his property.
C. Scientist Lennie informed the Commission that the Town was not selected this year for the Wisconsin Coastal Management Grant.
IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
X. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Graff moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson. Motion carried unanimously.
