I. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wolf moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 5-0
II. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. Minutes from previous meeting
1. ACTION – Commissioner Hefle moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 5-0
III. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
1. No one wished to speak
IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Discussion regarding proposed text amendments to the B-1 Design Standards and 9.1.5.01 Parking Requirements
1. Discussion was had regarding changing the parking requirements to be titled parking guidelines.
2. Commissioner Wolf suggested amending the parking stall sizing to spell out specific length and width instead of the general square footage that is included as it is now.
3. Engineer Lundeen explained that the Town Code does not specify that ingress/egress and turnarounds shall be subject to the approval of the Grafton Fire Department.
4. Staff will present the final draft at the March meeting.

VII. ADJOURN
1. ACTION – Commissioner Ansay moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 5-0
