I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Chairman Bartel called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Town Clerk Wendy Weeks

II. ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTICE
Town Clerk Wendy Weeks assured the meeting that the Agenda was properly noticed.
III. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. ACTION: Supervisor Rogers moved to accept the January 18, 2006 minutes as
presented. Supervisor Kaul seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
. Codification of the Town of Grafton’s Code of Ordinances-Dave Barrow – Discussion and possible
action .
A. Title 7 through Title 9 of the Town of Grafton Code of Ordinances was reviewed.
V. ADJOURN
A. ACTION: Supervisor Kaul motioned to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor Helms
seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
