IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. ACTION – Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Tutewohl. Motion carried 7-0
VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:
A. None
VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
VIII. OLD BUSINESS
1. Sign Permit Renewals:
• MLG (Temporary) Waterstone Subdivision
2. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the sign permit renewal for 2 years and deleting the verbiage “until all lots are sold” and also updating the Bank name to Harris Bank, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 7-0
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. Town of Grafton Ordinance No. 2010-4 An ordinance amending the Future Land Use Plan Map of the Town of Grafton along STH 32 –PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE AUGUST 11, 2010 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
1. Action-Commissioner Stockwell moved to recommend the Board of Supervisors approve Ordinance 2010-4 and update the Comprehensive Plan to include the future roads map and HWY 32 corridor section map, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
B. Town of Grafton Ordinance No. 2010-5-An Ordinance Amending Title 9 - Land Use Regulation; Chapter 1 – Zoning of the Code of Ordinances, Town of Grafton, Wisconsin PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE AUGUST 11, 2010 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
1. Action-Commissioner Stockwell moved to recommend the Board of Supervisors approve Ordinance 2010-4 and update the Comprehensive Plan to include the future roads map and HWY 32 corridor section map, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
C. Town of Grafton Ordinance 2010-6-An Ordinance amending section 2.5.3.03(C) (c) amending the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust member(s) of the Open Space Commission to be an ex-officio member(s) of the Commission PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE AUGUST 11, 2010 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
1. Open Space Commissioner Marjie Tomter stated she is not in favor of the Ordinance as the Land Trust brings very valuable insight to the Open Space Commission and this ordinance would take their voting rights away and may diminish their interest in the Commission.
2. Action-Chairman Bartel moved to recommend the Board of Supervisors NOT approve the Ordinance, seconded by Commissioner Stockwell. Motion carried 7-0
X. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
1. Engineering
2. Phase 1 of the Multi Use Trail project will be constructed by late fall of this year
3. Non-motorized boat launch ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on August 21, 2010 at 9:00 am
4. Legal
5. Ordinance pertaining to the maintenance of abandoned and foreclosed properties will be ready for review at the August staff meeting

XII. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Heisler moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 7-0
