I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Acting Chairman Robert Clapper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

III. CLERK’S ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTIFICATION
A. Town Clerk Jessica Schmidt assured that the Agenda was properly noticed.
IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by
Commissioner Sperber. Motion carried 5-0.
V. REVIEW AND APPROVE PREVIOUS MINUTES
A. Action- Commissioner Sperber moved to approve the minutes of the July 11, 2007
meeting, seconded by Commissioner Wolf, with Commissioner Stockwell abstaining.
Motion carried 4-0.
VI. OLD BUSINESS
A. Discussion and possible action concerning Minor Land Division at 308 County HWY W,
(Family Farm) tax key # 06-032-07-004.00 owned by Marco and Jane Musich.
1. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to approve the CSM contingent upon
completion of staff punch list items, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion
carried 5-0.
B. Hoffman Site Plan Review – Discussion and possible action concerning commercial site
plan for tax key #05-001-16-002.00.
1. Action- Commissioner Wolf moved to table the item for up to 90 days and all
punch list items have been met and discussed with staff, seconded by
Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 5-0.
C. Cornerstone Church – Conditional Use Permit – Request to postpone the installation of the
acceleration/deceleration lanes until 2008 – Discussion and possible action.
1. Action-Commissioner Stockwell moved to amend the Conditional Use Permit
to postpone the paving of the acceleration/deceleration lanes until September
30, 2008, seconded by Commissioner Wolf. Motion carried 5-0.

VIII. ADVISORY DISCUSSIONS
A. NONE
IX. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD
A. Commissioner Sperber recommended that the Plan Commission should discuss with the
Village of Grafton about adding a storm sewer connecting to Lake Michigan.

X. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
A. Town Building Inspector – Sign Permit Renewal
1. #05-02 - Redmond/Ansay (Blank’s Crossing)
a. Action-Commissioner Stockwell moved to allow a permanent sign
permit with board review if it becomes in a dilapidated state, seconded
by Commissioner Wolf. Motion Carried 5-0.
B. Town Engineer
1. Engineer Kimmes informed the Commission that staff has had a pre-application
meeting with River Forrest for a Planned Unit Development application.
2. Action-No action taken
C. Town Planner
1. Relocation of HWY C – Update
a. Action- No action taken
2. Smart Growth Update
a. Action-No action taken
XI. ANY MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT BY LAW.
A. NONE
XII. ADJOURN
A. Action-Commissioner Wolf moved to adjourn at 8:30 pm, seconded by Commissioner
Sperber. Motion Carried 5-0.
