I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Bartel called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
A. Present:
Chairman Lester A. Bartel, Jr.
(Arrived at 7:30 P.M.)
Supervisor Bill Grunwald
Supervisor Paul Helms
Supervisor Tim Kaul
Supervisor Nancy Rogers
Deputy Clerk Lila Schwan
B. Also Present: Board of Appeals Member Steve Wilkinson and David W. Barrow III
II. CALL TO ORDER:
A. In the absence of Chairman Bartel, Supervisor Kaul called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M.
III. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
IV. ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTICE
Deputy Clerk Lila Schwan assured that the Agenda was properly noticed.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Mr. Barrow continued the proposed Town Code discussion.
1. Discussion of dog licenses and the State’s limitations and mandates. Mr. Barrow
was directed to prepare a resolution concerning the fee limits.
2. Discussion on Title 8, Chapter 3, Abandoned Vehicles. The consensus was to rely
on Chapter 125, Wis. Stats.
3. Discussion on Title 10, Chapter 3, Building Construction.
VI. ADJOURN
A. Action –Supervisor Helms moved to adjourn. Seconded by Supervisor Rogers. Motion
carried 5-0.
