PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Wednesday, April 6, 2011
I. CALL TO ORDER

1. ABSENT: Town Planner Amanda Schaefer, Chairman Lester A. Bartel, Jr.
II. CLERK’S ASSURANCE THAT MEETING WAS PROPERLY NOTICED
1. ACTION-Clerk Schmidt assured the meeting was properly noticed
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
1. ACTION – Commissioner Tutewohl moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Sperber. Motion carried 6-0
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
1. Commissioner Wolf stated that there is a typographical error in the minutes under New Business (B)(1), there is just a letter “o” and it should state “or” and the word lamp should have an “s” at the end
2. ACTION – Commissioner Stockwell moved to approve the minutes as amended, seconded by Commissioner Tutewohl. Motion carried 6-0
VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:
A. Amendment to CUP to formally extend hours to include winter hours-Marko & Jane Musich (The Family Farm)-308 Port Washington Rd-tax key # 06-032-10-008.00
1. ACTION-Chairman Wolf opened the public hearing at 7:03 PM
2. No one wished to speak
3. ACTION-Chairman Wolf closed the public hearing at 7:04 PM
4. Acting Chairperson Wolf asked if Mr. Musich would like to remove the reference to set operating hours so they may be adjusted without Mr. Musich having to come back to the Town to amend his CUP each time he would like to change his operating hours.
5. Mr. Musich appreciates this suggestion and would agree with removing the specific operating hours/months to allow for operation year round.
6. ACTION-Commissioner Heisler moved to approve the CUP and remove the reference to specific operating hours/months, seconded by Commissioner Hefle. Motion carried 5-1 with Karron Stockwell dissenting as she is a member on the Family Farm Board

XI. TOWN STAFF UPDATES
1. Building Inspector Fellenz informed the Commission that Grafton will be hosting the Parade of Homes this year. There has been more building permits issued this year than there were all of last year.
2. Steve Wilkinson informed the Commission that the County Farmland Committee is requesting zoning and map updates form municipalities.
XII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW-NONE
XIII. ADJOURN
1. ACTION – Commissioner Hefle moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Sperber. Motion carried 6-0
