I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
1. Action-Commissioner Graff moved to adopt the agendas, seconded by Commissioner Boyer. Motion carried 4-0
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING
1. Action-Commissioner Graff moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Korinek. Motion carried 4-0
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Multi-Use Trail easement possibilities
1. Chairperson Tomter spoke with the Tesker family; they are not interested in granting an easement at this time.
2. Commissioner Korinek spoke with the Cassel family regarding a potential easement. They referred Commissioner Korinek to the future owner of the property who would like to attend a meeting to have his concerns heard.
3. Steve Wilkinson joined the meeting at 7:30 pm.
B. Draft of Stewardship Grant
1. Scientist Lennie distributed a draft of the Stewardship Grant for the Commission to review; the application will be signed on Thursday or Friday of this week.
2. Action-No action taken
C. Presentation of proposed north canoe launch on the Earl Witte property -Green Bay Rd-tax key # 06-006-06-002.0
1. Scientist Lennie presented a draft concept of the North canoe launch that will be finalized by the end of May.
D. Walk through of the Karin Manley property and view the potential for the multi-use trail easement
1. There were very few trees along the pathway, just a few standing dead trees so there is very minimal concern about removal.

VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD

IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
1. The May meeting will be held on June 1st and the June meeting will be held on June 29th.

1. Action-Commissioner Graff moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Korinek. Motion carried 5-0
