I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PLEDGE TO FLAG
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A. ACTION – Commissioner Tomter moved to adopt the agenda, seconded by
Commissioner Wilkinson. Motion passed unanimously.
IV. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
A. Commissioner Graff corrected item VI. New Business, A, #9 noting the southern launch to
be placed on the Bratt’s Woods property.
B. ACTION – Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the minutes from March 26,
2007 meeting as corrected, seconded by Commissioner Tomter. Motion passed
unanimously.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Brochure
1. Commissioner Tomter will draft a donation request letter to be included with the
newsletter mailed to residents at tax time in December.
B. Review of financial accounts will be presented at the May meeting.
C. Tim Kaul would like to do a presentation of the Ozaukee Washington Land Preservation
Partnership at the May meeting.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Presentation by Scientist, Brian Lennie of Bonestroo of the CORP, Comprehensive Outdoor
Recreation Program.
1. Goals were taken from Wisconsin’s State CORP and were then refined for the Town
of Grafton.
2. Smart Growth planning is the first level of planning in the CORP.
3. Alternate wording and other changes were made throughout the document.
4. Staff will make the suggested corrections and present the final (changes in red color)
at the next meeting.
5. Shaun Graff will proofread the draft and submit any necessary changes.
6. ACTION – No formal action taken.
B. Appointments to Open Space Committee
1. Don Korinek was appointed at the April Board of Supervisors’ meeting to replace Bob
Fuller.
2. Dorothy Boyer will be added to the May Board of Supervisors agenda for possible
appointment.
VII. RESIDENT CORRESPONDENCE/PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD.
A. None.

IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
A. Next meeting will move to May 29, 2007 since the 4th Monday is Memorial Day.
X. ADJOURN
A. ACTION – Commissioner Graff moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner
Tomter. Motion passed unanimously.
