PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, March 7, 2012
I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLERK’S ASSURANCE THAT MEETING WAS PROPERLY NOTICED
1. ACTION-Clerk Raffaele assured the meeting was properly noticed.
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
IV. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
1. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to adopt the agenda as presented, seconded by Commissioner Heisler. Motion carried 5-0.
V. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES
1. ACTION – Commissioner Sperber moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Commissioner Heisler. Motion carried 5-0.
VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AFFORDED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN BEING HEARD CONCERNING:

VIII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Update to Conditional Use Permit – Cheryl Socks Rompelman
1. Town Clerk stated that a minor change was requested in the hours of operation for her Conditional Use Permit.
2. Chairman Bartel stated that it was not practical for the applicant to go through the entire application process and additional fees just to change a period of two hours of operation.
3. ACTION: Commissioner Heisler moved to accept the request to change the Conditional Use Permit as submitted. Commissioner Hefle seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. Crandall Properties, LLC – Paul Crandall: Site Plan Application
1. Town Planner Schaefer and Town Engineer Clementi read the Staff Report into the public record.
2. ACTION: Commissioner Stephens moved to waive the recommendations from Professional Staff which are as follows: Submitting architectural elevations, submit Stormwater Management Plan, and submitting a detailed site plan showing parking loading and access. Commissioner Hefle seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
3. ACTION: Chairman Bartel moved to approve the Site Plan per staff punch list items. Commissioner Heisler seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.
B. Map Correction for a parcel just north of the Nevels site – should be A-2 but it is shown as A-1.
C. Town-initiated re-zone for the clubhouse portion of Fire Ridge Golf Course from A-1 to B-1.
1. ACTION: Commissioner Hefle moved to initiate the rezoning of the Clubhouse portion of the Fire Ridge Golf Course from A-1 to B-1. Commissioner Heisler seconded the motion. Motion carried 5-0.

1. Outstanding Development Applications Update
a. Chiselled Grape Winery – $600 was paid on what the Chiselled Grape Winery currently owes the Town for review of the Conditional Use Permit Amendment.
b. Welcome Mobil Mart – No Change
C. Town Engineer
1. Outstanding Development Applications Update
a. Holton Brothers – Things are going well, erosion inspections are still being done weekly with no foreseeable problems.
XII. ADJOURN
1. ACTION – Commissioner Hefle moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Stephens. Motion carried 5-0.
