THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS WILL BE BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, DELIBERATION, AND POSSIBLE FORMAL ACTION:

II. ASSURANCE OF PROPER NOTICE
III. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2009, at 7:00 pm, at the Town Hall, 1230 11th Avenue, Grafton, WI a Public Hearing on the 2010 Proposed Budget of the Town of Grafton will be held.
B. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2009, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the 2010 Proposed Budget, which begins at 7:00 pm, at the Grafton Town Hall, 1230 11th Avenue, Grafton, WI a Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (c) of the Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board will be held for the following purposes:
1. To approve the 2010 highway expenditures pursuant to section 82.03of the Wisconsin Statutes
2. To adopt the Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to section 60.10(1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statutes
V. NEW BUSINESS
A. Transfer $25,096 from the contingency account to cover operating expenses for 2009
VI. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW
VII. ADJOURN
