NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town of Grafton Board of Supervisors Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2008, at 7:00 pm at the Grafton Town Hall, 1230 11th Avenue, Grafton, WI, Ozaukee County. Phone: 262-377-8500, Fax: 262-377-0332.

A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2008, at 7:00 pm, at the Town Hall, 1230 11th Avenue, Grafton, WI a Public Hearing on the 2009 Proposed Budget of the Town of Grafton will be held.
B. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2008, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the 2009 Proposed Budget, which begins at 7:00 pm, at the Grafton Town Hall, 1230 11th Avenue, Grafton, WI a Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (c) of the Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board will be held for the following purposes:
1. To approve the 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to section 82.03of the Wisconsin Statutes
2. To adopt the 2008 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant to section 60.10(1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statutes
V. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DEEMED PERTINENT AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
