NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF GRAFTON
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS


Notice is hereby given that the Town of Grafton Board of Supervisors will participate in a joint meeting with the Village of Grafton Board of Trustees on Monday, August 20, 2012. The Meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be held in the GRAFTON VILLAGE HALL BOARD ROOM located at 860 Badger Circle, Grafton, WI 53024.

The purpose of the joint portion the Meeting is to discuss the municipalities' shared funding of the Grafton Volunteer Fire Department and the USS Liberty Memorial Public Library.

The Agenda for the Joint Meeting is attached below, and notices possible action by the Town Board of Supervisors on "Town of Grafton Resolution 2012-10 Authorizing a Referendum for the Town of Grafton to Exceed the State Imposed Levy Limit Beginning in 2013 and on an Ongoing Basis."

At the conclusion of the discussion and action on the agenda items noticed below for the Joint Meeting, the Town Board of Supervisors will be excused from the meeting.
